I bought another rooster didn't I?

I bought my third hen in July and was told she was two months old. It's getting cold and started noticing drooping feathers.

I've never heard a crow, but haven't received any eggs yet either. I just assumed she's a bad layer and it's winter. My deathlayer didn't lay until 7 months. Did I accidentally buy another rooster?

2/3 'hens' are roosters and I don't have the heart to cull them but can't have roosters in my neighborhood.

The solid black one with the large comb, if it is two months old then it is a cockerel for sure.

The colorful one is really pretty, and the other looks like an Ayam Cemani cross. You may be able to rehome these guys. We have a forum for that here, and you can also post in your state thread.
