I bought something out of habit

Well I bought it for my leopard gecko but The bugs will be to big for him. Its called a bug napper and it looks like a bug zapper but instead of killing the bug it captures it in a collection cup. I thought it might be cool for the chickens. That way I can hand feed them bugs as treats. I paid around $35 for it brand new. If you dont mind touching moths or any insect then I thought the price was worth it for those skittish birds

Here's a cheaper way to do it.
All ya gotta do is leave the porch light on fer a spell at night. Better yet, I used to do this jist to collect bugs. Make a small tent out of a white sheet, place a light inside of it, then jisy go out and collect all the bugs off of it. June bugs feel pretty neat when they're buzzin in yer closed hand..sort of ..actually...eeewwwwwww.
