I broke my incubator...I found 1 local but.....

I opted to try to fix this incubator. Trying to save a little $$ right now, and buying another incubator would take a little bit of that savings $$.

Hubby Hubby fixed the Styrofoam part...glue and good old duct tape!

Turner I believe is shot.....trying to remember where I had my camera last.....it's the arm that connects to the motor that I broke..I guess you would say the "female" piece is what I broke. The "male" piece that is on motor is fine...so is the motor. If I can get it to hold temp I will be happy....I guess I can hand turn but I work 3 nights a week (starting tomorrow, it's my Monday) so it means having the 12 year old daughter do it for me days I am gone. I am sure she can handle it. Thank you guys for your kind offers. I may just take you up on that....

We fixed it! So far so good! Temp is good....Turner seems to be holding ok (plastic glue) so far. And then the better news........my Mother in Law (whom I give chickens to) brought me over a little giant she found in her garage! So....lol....I know have 2 incubators and another still air for hatching. Thanks for the offers guys.....we go it tho. I am sooooooo glad I didn't run out and buy a new one!

There are some of the stores that sell on Ebay have parts....my 3 bators were all used with issues actually there were 4, but I made 3 with no bought parts.....checked I may fix the 4 to donate on loan to the 3 schools my kids go to.
