I'm not much for baking, and these sure do take a bit of time. I package them as a set. I hope they will be a hit as a fund raiser for the club.

Those are beautiful. If they taste as good as they look, you have a hit.

Thanks everyone. I hope they taste good. I'm not supposed to eat them as I'm diabetic. I did get the recipe from Allrecipies.com
It's the Best Rolled Sugar cookie Receipe with Royal icing on top.

These can't compare to the cookies my sister makes for her "business". Seems they are always doing cookies for someone they know as a favor. Just so you can see what I mean. And these cookies are totally delicious.

Well, I can see that your sisters cookies are extremely elaborate, but yours have DUCK EGGS in them!!!! Duck Eggs AND LOVE trump elaborate EVERY time!! Heck, they trump ANYTHING.

Those are wonderful.

Have you tried Stevia (sp?) yet? My 91 year old dad's type II is under control with lots of whole grains, high fiber and moderate sugar combined with other complex carbs etc, but I'm always looking for good recipes and information. (( sorry to hijack ))
