I built nesting boxes all by myself!!! *PICS*

Eggcellent job!

don't worry about being afraid of power tools... my hubby uses many of those, but won't use a weed-eater -- I think he's afraid of it!

Well after they had been adopted by the boys, I was afraid to put them in the coop. My fear was that they would have found their way back in the house after they had been put out there!

Now this looks easy. Do you sit them rightside up and just put straw in them? do you have them sitting on the ground or up? So many questions sorry. It may be faster for me to get the crates then build the box's. LOL

gumpsgirl, you did a great job you should be proud of yourself.

Thank you MissP! My husband just called me a little bit ago from work and told me that he has thought about those nesting boxes all day and just can't believe that I did that! Then he told me that maybe he'll let me build stuff more often now.

I hope I didn't ruin my chance of having him build me another coop for my Welsummers!

Which way do you hang your plastic baskets? The way you show it in the pic or on its side? I'd be afraid the peeps would fall out if the basket is on its side. I"m afraid to use power tools too. My poor dh works 7 days a week and 10-12hrs.a day. I ask for small projects only!!!!!!
