I remeber when I was little how I use to carry around some of my mom's Rhode Island Reds so much I rarely left the chicken barn.........then she bought me my Pekin ducks, which followed me everywhere and I've been a poltury lover ever since

When i first got the chickens i was could barely touch them, which seems really weird to me now!

I had a chicken named Echo [she wouldn't stop peeping]. I got lots of good pictures of her and her buddies and I. Her and I "talked" each in differert langues yet, we spoke the same langue. Later a fox got my "best- chicken Friend," I was really sad. When I was younger we had an old rooster named Blue. He was the best Cochin in the world being sweet and gentle. When he died I underwas very sad. I sat down on the ground and my chickens sat next to me. Acording to me the chickens whispered to me giving me help when I needed it. I miss them dearly but there in my heart, there alive.
