I can’t be the only one....

Pics
We have a new neighbor who has ducks. I have never eaten duck eggs. We have hens (and a rooster). Are duck eggs better (taste & nutrition wise)?
I have read that they are more nutritious. Also better for baking.

My husband likes them better than chicken eggs, I can’t tell a difference. He thinks they’re richer and more creamy.

They are definitely bigger though, I’d say they’re one and a half chicken eggs, some of our pekin eggs I’d say are the size of TWO chicken eggs.

Supposedly (upon review of friends and family) the texture is better, slightly more creamy, almost, and they have a richer flavour.
The big golden yolks are also terrific to bake with!

🤣 That’s amazing!

Oh they’re totally different. English is for sure more posh as @BelovedBirds would say.
well, some of us are. Others (like my sister) are not.
My partner came to stay not long ago, and met my sister for the first time. Could not believe we grew up in the same household!

I tend to be most posh when excited about things, the words just come out in such.... I don't even know. I dont know why.

Still continuing to read your posts in the accent 🤣 I’ve just added more posh to it

That is interesting you and your sister don’t have the same accent!
