No other symptoms, just her panting, but I can hear her breathing fairly loud

It's no hotter than it has been, but it does get hot in the coop during the day. I will put some ice in their waterer. Thank you!Is the weather hot?
Chickens pant to cool off, similar to how dogs do. (Not exactly like dogs, but similar.)
If the weather is hot, make sure the hen has access to cool water and plenty of shade, and see if she's better when the temperature goes down this evening.

I opened all the windows in the coop. The coop is shaded by a tree, and they have a partial shaded run.Can you arrange to keep the coop cooler?
Maybe more ventilation (big openings covered with hardware cloth) or more shade (shade the entire coop, and that will keep the coop roof cooler, and that will keep the inside cooler. Some people use "car ports" that are just a few metal poles and a top like a tarp, so it provides shade but does not block air movement at the sides.)
In your video, she just looks hot to me. If you think she's in real distress, you could take her into an air conditioned house for a bit to cool down, but it's better overall if you can provide cooler conditions in the coop. Taking her into the air conditioning is a short-term fix (which might be needed if she's way too hot), but arranging so the whole coop stays cooler is a long-term fix.
