I can see the egg, what do I do??? (Blocked vent)

My 1 year old leghorn has had a blocked vent for some time now. We thought the problem was corrected but my girl relapsed. There was gooey white leaking out of her vent. She didn’t seem to be in pain but now is acting lethargic. I have her in an epson salt bath
when I checked, I saw the a bit of the egg. It didn’t seem broken or anything just really stuck
Please help!!! Thank you!!

Can you get pictures so we can further help you?
 
So I just took her out of the bath and the vent seems to have closed over the egg again, but here is a pic..
