Looks like a pullet. If you spread out the wings females have two sets while males only have one.

Until they are old enough for hormones to kick in, combs are created equal between the genders...

Not all birds can be feather sexed. it has to be bred into the bird. I have a strain of Light Sussex that can be feather sexed between one and three days old. However, I think that is because they derive from Canadian strains. Decades ago, the Canadians became very enamored with being able to feather sex their chicks. they developed this trait in breeds that normally were not associated with it, like this Light Sussex strain.
