Despite the fact this 7 week old frizzle has a redder comb and the start of waddles, it acts like a female. Do we still think it's a cockerel? I have googled images of white frizzled bantam hens and they do have really red combs and waddles.

Certainly a cockerel. Hens don't get red combs and wattles until about 16+ weeks. Roosters get red combs much earlier. It may be awhile until he crows though.

Thanks for the info! Sometimes he looks more pale and other times more red, so that's been confusing me, too.
