I was pretty sure this white bantam was a pullet but she’s acting kinda cocky? Roosts above the flock, and doesn’t back down from a challenge. Any thoughts?

Hello! 8 week old partridge Cochin. I know you’re supposed to be able to tell by the chest feathers, but everything except the penciled feathers is saying rooster to me.
What says BYC?

It was born end of march. It could be part leghorn, we were able to tell the other chicks genders, ( sorry if blurry it's kinda shy )

It makes it difficult to be sure without the age, but I'm confident that's a pullet.
