I figured out my flock's pecking order by watching them eat treats. The top hen will get first dibs. The birds lower on the pecking order will hover and jump in to steal their treats. I don't have any bullying issues (I did the first time I added a new bird, but that was a couple of years ago), but my top hen is really obvious - haha!
But I agree with everyone else: Your chickens may just not be very aggressive. That's awesome! I hope it stays that way!
