I can't add pics to my page anymore

Well, do share with the rest of the class!! There are others with macs that aren't able to post pics!

Well, I kept trying to use the "insert image' icon and it kept taking me to a completely different page than what you showed in your instruction video. It was throwing me for a loop since I had never seen that page... So... I just did the "edit", "select all", "copy" and then "paste" into the edit screen and then it worked beautifully. I LOVE my mac, but there are things that are different. Thanks!

I use a mac, and I never have had any problems with adding or editing photos to my BYC page or posting other pics in threads.

I use FireFox 3.0.13 most of the time, but sometimes Safari Version 4.0.2. No problems with either. I usually load my photos to photobucket first. Then load them into BYC from there, and I open two separate windows to do it easily. I use photobucket because I used up my BYC upload storage space pretty quick.

My problem is that the image button just doesn't work... It doesn't even bring up a bubble or anything. I click and nothing happens.

Horsefeathers... did you try just the cut and paste? That's what I had to do. I wasn't able to get the other way with the image button to work.

You're right; copy and paste works. I can just click on the photos in My Uploads and then drag the larger image that comes up onto my page.

My problem is the same as Horsefeathers. The image button simply doesn't work. I've tried the second method, cut and paste, and this doesn't work either. When I cut and paste, all appears to work, however when I exit out and come back, the images are gone but the new text remains. It's as if the link to the location of the stored photos is not being retained.

I just tried again using the cut and paste and the same thing happened. Look at my page and you'll see what I mean when you scroll to the bottom. As soon as I hit the refresh button the images go away.

That's odd. What browser are you using? Have you tried it with FireFox?

I'm using Safari. I'll be updating to the new Snow Leopard operating system soon so we'll see if that makes a difference.
