One of the best things you can do before starting a new thread is to see if the same topic has already been covered and is ongoing. If you had done that you would see that you topic is in full swing. To make matters even worse, your topic is out of date because the whole regulation has been withdrawn. It won't kill a kid to read a bit either.

Sorry. I don't have time to read all the threads on here. And I know it's dropped, but someone said it was only temporary. Hey, it's not like I don't do my research. You don't know me at all. You could have been a bit nicer about it, I'm a little offended.
