Yesterday my family and I found out that my mother had been cheating on my father.I am so angry and upset as is my whole family.I never thought my mother could do this to me.I havent hardly slept in two days.I am not sure what is going to happen.

a few points to remember:

it does not "just happen" this is something your mom and dad need to figure out. not saying there is any good reason to have an affair but maybe mom was not happy.. you never know what happens behind closed doors...

everyone needs to stand back and let mom and dad work this out and decide whats going to happen

losing sleep is not good for you, dont let your anger consume you

Dealt with similar situation. It was HORRIBLE but with lots tears, frustration, depression, and grief for about 2 years...then came...prayer, forgiveness, and love...after all of that, God restored all to entire family and now marriage is even better than before. I hope things get better for you and I am sorry for your situation. You are NOT alone.

Thanks.yeah my mother was never happy with her relationship with my dad.right know i do not want to see her cause seeing her just bringes more anger.I cant sleep cause my mind just keeps going over and over the situation.
