I agree, people are stupid. They need to think before they speak.

I got comments too when I got preggo with my youngest son about it being too soon after my miscarriage. I got preggo 2 weeks after I had it. I felt like he was meant to be because I didn't know I could get preggo that soon but other people didn't see it that way.

Anyway, congrats on your pregnancy!

From what my doctor told me was after a miscarriage you are extremely fertile the next time you ovulate. So the chances of getting preggo or having twins is elevated. I was worried because I thought my body wouldn't be ready but she said if you are ovulating you body is ready to go. I had a normal pregnancy, for me, with him. He was born a happy healthy little boy.

Getting preggo with twins this time is being blamed on DH.

you are also very fertile after having a baby......haha, I went in for my 6 week check up after baby #2 and I was pregnant again. Had to go back to work and tell them I was pregnant again.....I worked in the operating room and couldn't do certain cases for 18 months......they were not happy.

i would shoot myself if that happened..i cant even imagine!
i love babies but i am so done this time..i just dont think i can do it again.
i had something very odd but sweet happen..there is an old lady that lives behind us and i have spoken with her from time to time about sewing stuff, just typical over the fence chatter..today, she brought me a baby quilt that she hand made for me! i about died..it is so pretty. she is so sweet.
it also furthers my resolve to finish the quilt i started..and then put aside!

I love hand made baby blankets...... the wonderful thing about pregnancy and birth is your mind tends to forget all the pain and sleepless nights. I always forget how much labor hurts until the next one.
