yep, i was told to put my firstborn on his stomach too..it changes so much it seems!
i always just kind of put them on their side, i feel safer that way because when they are on their back, they can choke on their spit up.
my kids always end up with bad reflux and spiting blood. I put them on their side and elevat the head of the bed. As soon as they can rool over they all sleep on their belly.
I don't remember anything about being pregnant with my 12 year old other than I was 2 weeks over due and did not like being pregnant.
i know all about being overdue...i was told that nowdays they wont let women go overdue, they induce them right at 40 weeks..i remember when they wouldnt even do that unless you were having problems.
i am trying to find ways of passing the time in this last month..i am so bored! all i do is sleep, hang out on the computer..complain about how crappy i feel..and thats about it.
I still have my morning cup of coffee and sweetnlow and I love subway.....just had some for lunch, I still sleep on my back, and I take really hot showers. I would never post that on babycenter.com
Hmm lets see.... I still sleep on my back, take hot showers, handle baby chicks, ducklings, and chickens (wash my hands afterwards) and once in a while I will ride my horse at a walk (sometimes a trot).....but now my horse wont go as fast as he is suppose to
, drink soda (not a lot), eat junk food... oh and I eat a lot, and I still eat 3 big meals a day, and trying to get 5-6 small meals in a day is almost impossible LOL.
And everything is going fine! Except heartburn now and then... Went to the midwife today- heartbeat is at 150, next time is the glucose test.......
We went shopping for baby stuff after the appointment, it was fun
