A few weeks ago I got some buff orpington eggs. When they arrived, they had been in the mail for a week (even though they had been sent priority) and the box had been used as a football.(or so it looked like)
It STUNK and of the 12 eggs, only three were intact. I ended up throwing one out. I wasnt certain on the other two eggs but left them in the incubator just in case. This morning I hear all sorts of peeping and flailing around in the incubator. One of them hatched!!!! I dont think the other one will but just the fact that ONE did from that mess is a miracle.
