I can't figure out if I have baby Roos or Pullets?!?! Newbie needs help! *Picture Heavy*

I can only comment on your barred rocks (jaws, al, George, Amelia, and Pepper) since that's what I have too. I'm pretty sure that jaws, al, and George are boys while Amelia and Pepper are girls. The boys are lighter in color and have bigger combs/wattles than the girls. Have fun!

That's what we have been thinking too. I have learned a lot on here already! So any idea of how soon we should start looking for other homes for a rooster or two? I imagine they may start fighting badly over only 3 girls?

Wait until they are old enough to decide who is nicest. I would personally keep the EE cockerel.. He just stands out

Out of the barred boys - #2 is the prettiest to me.

Our EE is definitely the nicest! He is a really sweet boy and loves to be held and petted. I just hope he doesn't turn mean on us when we get rid of the other boys. Would it be crazy to keep one other barred rock rooster too? Or is two too many With only a few girls? Thanks so much y'all!
