I can't handle the waiting!!

Hi guys!

This is my very first hatch and I'm three days in. How do you guys contain all this excitement for 28 days straight? It's driving me nuts!

I keep obsessively checking the temp and humidity, and turn the eggs every 2 hours. It's a small 'bator so the levels always go right back to normal pretty quick after opening it up.

Have you guys ever felt this attached on your first hatch? Please share your stories with me, because I'm acting like a real hen mom, hovering over the eggs and talking to them and they're not even a week old yet! <3

after doing so many you get used to it and not really stress or keep looking

Yes, two call duck eggs. They're so tiny and cute. <3 I've always wanted call duckies.
