I can't have chickens in PA??

Sorry Mak. Chickens can only survive South of the Mason-Dixon line. Try getting some quail instead.

I guess I should go tell my chickens they cant survive the winter here in Tennessee. Its been so cold, it might as well be further north like PA!! Maybe I should knit them little booties for thier feet and scarves? Of course, if they do freeze, I'll have lots of fresh, frozen chicken.

I am in Delaware, below the canal, and my chickens seem to be doing OK. It is their caretaker who might not make it through the winter. It did not get above freezing today. Kinda early for this area.

I guess this person you talked to never drove through Delaware. It only takes about 1 1/2 hours top to bottom. Two hours if you are sight seeing.

Yeah, you can't raise chickens in Delaware - that's why the University of Delaware's team is called the Delaware BLUE HENS!!!

Saddest of all - the woman in question lives in Delaware!!!

Good Lord have mercy!

We're in NY and we were putting "snuggies" on our birds before they made them for people. That's why I only have so many cuz DW says she's not helping me put them on anymore.

Honestly if brains were dynamite some people wouldn't have enough to blow their nose!
