I can't make a new page!

When ever I try to show the smilies, edit, or create home pages the BYC site redirects me to a place that says theres been an error. Its very frustrating so could some one out there please help......

Please post as many details as possible. Exact steps taken, copies of error messages, what browser you have, etc.

It is really hard for us to troubleshoot stuff like this, especially when 90% of the time it is computer specific.
