I cant upload some images

I found the problem.
The link you're using is the link to an album of pictures, not an individual picture.
You need to right click a picture and copy the properties (it has to end in .jpg, not .gif).

those were off photobucket and they didn't work. all the ones that I am trying to use off my computer are jpeg files some of them just won't upload. I am not up to my limit yet on the bar. When I click on submit it acts like it is going to work but then it says wrong file type and I have double checked to make sure it is jpeg.

I went in to edit your post and this is the link you're using.

Follow it and it goes to a Photobucket album. If it was to just a picture, it would have .jpg at the end and clicking on it would take you to just the picture with a white background, not an album.

I posted some other pics in the sequence contest and those are the ones that I was talking about. Some of those worked and the others that I tried to upload wouldn't work.

On photobucket, first thing I do is, under the upload images and video, where it says reduce to, I click on options and choose 640 x 480 (large) as my default. Then I click choose files, the from computer circle is automatically checked. Then once the pics are there, under the pics click the one that says IMG code, it turns yellow, then on the reply or post on BYC I right click mouse and choose paste. The pics only show after I submit. Always space after entering a pic before entering another one, makes it easier on us dial-uppers to view!!

When you right click on a photo in your documents and choose properties does it say type of file: JPEG Image
