Thanks everyone, but she problem seems to be fixed! Everything is working fine. Look at this screenshot and you will see that the icon thing, the picture uploader, that insert link thingy, and other things are all black. The problem was those were grey and I was not able to open them.

You might have accidentally hit the gear icon, which disables the rich text editor.
