Her momma is wild and I caught her 1 day before giving birth. I can't keep her, I'd love to but if I did that it would bring me up to 10 cats! I got her mom spayed this past Tuesday and she'll be released back onto my property. I want Charlotte to go to a good home and be a happy inside kitty with great owners that will have her spayed and love her forever. That's what she deserves!
 
I don't know because I don't use Craigslist, but I'm thinking maybe they require you to ask atleast alittle money to discourage people looking for dog fighting bait, or free snake food. Can't be sure but that would be my theory.
