If someone is a little doubtful at first, I think that's understandable. Pretty much everywhere you see discussion about shrinkwrapping, it's said to be because of the humidity being too low. People have shrinkwrapping problems, raise their humidity, and have no more shrinkwrapping problems. And it's not exactly going to be dry underneath a hen. So, I have to admit, I'm wondering how that works. Are the eggs sitting on something really damp?
To be very clear: I'm saying "You're doing a thing in pretty much the opposite way of how it's supposed to be done. You say it's working. I'm curious how."
