I did it!

My DH said he would believe it when he seen it, no way I could process my birds. Today was the day I did 15 of them. The accual deed was not very plesant but I got thru it.

Now I going to do some on the grill and serve them with mango salsa. Yum!

Congrats! We did ours a few weeks ago and my sister doubted me. Even came over to see if we were telling the truth or not! It was not as bad as we thought.

I have 2 that are in the hospital with birth deformities....they both had spraddle leg that didn't fix with bandaids. My dad got the bright idea to just keep them until they were big enough to eat, but evidently he is expecting me to do the deed. I was thinking about it yesterday, just so I don't have to smell them anymore (they are in my bathroom), but I just don't think I can do it! Lord, give me strength!
