I didn't dilute permethrin!

I'd clean it all out. I don't know if it would actually kill the chickens but it could make them sick or cause reactions on their feet or skin. If you did the walls like that, as long as they aren't touching them, I'd not worry about that, just anywhere a chicken stands, walks, or sits.

If you have any cats that go in there, I'd keep them out for a few days as can already be toxic to them at normal (mixed) strength.

One girl jumped on the roost while it was on there

Will she be ok?
I'd wash her feet with soap and water and dry them off. They have tough skin so it shouldn't get through too fast. I do not know how this would affect them, but I would keep them from touching it as it's a potent chemical at full strength and surely can't be good for them.

I'm so nervous. She's my favorite

I would spray the coop with plain water to dilute it. Keep the chickens out of it until it dries. It might be better to remove her from the coop until everything dries, or you figure out what to do.Can you open the peeling label and look at the instructions? Here is the label instructions: https://www.durvet.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/Permethrin-10-neogen-32oz-1017.pdf
3.2 ounces per gallon of water is the dilution for spraying the coop walls, floors, roosters, and nest boxes. 1.28 ounces per per gallon is how to mix it for treating the chickens bodies. Permethrin lasts about 30 days on the surface.
