I don’t gets kids or quail

I’ve been try to reintegrate my pearl hen into a normal pen for a while now but everybody pecks at her right ear for some reason no matter how well she’s healed from the last incident. I even tried a different pen of birds (all italianish, had trouble with EB, guess it wasn’t color related). This time was bad, I had to wash the offenders (blood everywhere). Finally just decided to put her down, as this is the fourth time and she’s starting to show neurological signs (circling to one side, etc not sure if the injury is affecting her inner ear or she’s got something growing in there everybody wants to peck at but I can’t see). Little son was upset (very nice hen) but now is fine eating this same bird for lunch! Anybody understand kids or quail? Let me know

I’m younger, and I know and understand the role of birds, whilst still feeling sad when they die for dumb reasons. I guess some people get over things in strange ways. I cope with emotional turmoil by listening to music. I also fall asleep listening to heavy metal, so I guess I’m just one of the weird ones.

I’m a teenage boy and I used to cry but now I’m numb and things dying don’t effect me really, like how now instead of being sad I get angry at myself for not catching wat was wrong and just kinda think “well this sucks”

I have a playlist called “funeral parlor” and it’s just a whole bunch of Green Day and Black Sabbath. I once told my mom that the idea behind the playlist is to put the RAVE in GRAVE. It’s pretty accurate.
