If you have mosquitoes, yes, that could be pox.

Yes it looks like fowl pox scabs, a virus spread by mosquitoes. Here is some reading about it, and it lasts about a month:

Most grown chickens get over pox in a few weeks. Make sure they are eating and drinking.
