I have a 9 month old Delaware who's listless, panting, her legs tremble when she stands, wings and tail droopy. I haven't seen her eat or drink today. She has passed a solid stool. I've had a finger in up to about an inch and can't feel anything. Her vent is opening and closing. I've never dealt with an egg bound hen, so am I probing far enough?
Most of the disease symptoms mention nasal discharge, facial swelling etc but I'm not seeing anything like that. I've had her since she was a chick, this is new.
