I dont know if my chickens have worms?

Hi, I'm back with some more questions...lol. I hope no one gets sick of me. Well here I go,

1. It has been so muddy here for the last month and the run is full of poop and mud, my girls are not in there sept right before bed time. Should I be afraid of worms? I have 1 that is laying and 5 who haven't started yet. If they do have worms should I throw away the eggs from my girl till I get DE worm er? What kind of DE worm er should I get? I live in Apollo Pa and have a tractor supply and Apollo Mill.

2. I wanted to get 3 more hens, they are laying is it OK to just put them into the flock or do I need to keep them apart from my other girls?

DE is not a wormer. Many on here worm their birds routinely, usually once or twice a year. I don't know that they are more likely to get worms from mud -- but they can pick them up from the soil or in bugs.
