I don't know what this is but I do know that it isn't an EE that I bought. Can you help?

She/he is so very pretty but I've never seen anything like it. Do you know what it is and if it is a hen or roo? She/he is about 10 weeks old and is the size of the EE's that I bought at the same time (At 2 days old) Thank you.
