I don't know who I'd rather blame it on.....

I have heavy duty netting over all of my pens and nothing has gotten in. It wasn't all that easy to put up but I did put it up several years ago when the trees in the pens were smaller. It's still good.

I don't have one, but that sounds like a very good idea. I will look into buying one.
This camera takes nice pictures both daytime and nighttime. The only drawback is that it takes the mini SD card. I have several cameras and not all take very good nighttime pictures here when most of the predators are roaming. This is a picture taken with the same camera of 2 coyotes.

Did you see you Buff Orpington prior to leaving around 1:00PM? Just curious.
I do a head count every day when I let the chickens out, and she was there. I checked their food before I left, and the attack had not happened because the chickens were all happily scratching outside, not cowering inside quietly.
