I dont want to sound mean but

    but my 3 week old EE roos are kinda ugly...their feathers are sticking out everywhere their heads are bushed out....they are stripped colors with green legs...lol...maybe it is just the awkward stage

    Definitely the awkward teenage look. And don't be so quick to call them roos, unless you specifically ordered them that way - they all look rooish for quite a time, at least in my experience.

    Welcome to the teenager stage! They will look "ugly" until they get in their adult feathers. Sometimes I look at my "teenagers" and think they are so ugly they are cute!

    Mine went through that ugly stage too. My EE's were funny looking, but the poor Polish were the ugliest with their funky half feathered crests. One of my EE roos had a bald chest for like 8 weeks straight, no fuzz or feathers...just naked pink skin!

    Yeah, mine are right smack in the middle of it all!! The ee's look gorgeous, the rirs okay, and then the BSL's look like VULTURES!!!!!
