I am in CA, dear and no ticks. I don't know about heartworm though. Mojave Desert - southern region.

Kidding, I know it was left by the last people. I wish I could say that the inside was done but no. The shed was just delivered 2 days ago and all DH's tools were in the dining room until then. We ran out of budget before we bought the shelving we wanted so we still have the boxes of books, papers and I really have to rearange the kitchen as all my beloved gadgets didnt fit. Outside is a work in progress, we have purchased what we need there is just more work than daylight. Debi, I really dont know how you do it. You are on here alot and still have time to get things done. I am in awe!
