I finally got quail......

Yesterday, I got some quail from a fellow BYC er for helping him clean his meat birds. I got 1 male and 3 females couturnixs. I know a little bit about them but not too much. Any info is good. Other than that I just wanted to say there is a new quail person.

Congrats and welcome! We've only had our coturnix for a few months, but we are really loving them. Highly productive birds in a very small space. We've gradually expanded our pens from a couple small breeding groups to seven pens plus a large growing-out pen.
