There's no stopping you! Although that gave me a wierd mental picture.
Debi - my daughter has asthma and when she was a little kid, she took those meds and the nebulizer. They worked great for her. Later on when she didn't need the air pump machine we would use it to blow up beach balls and other stuff in the summer.
I'll be praying for you. COPD is scary sounding but by treating it and knowing your "breathing" difficulty triggers, you are doing a lot for your self.
I have COPD and asthma. I have to really know what causes problems. And it sounds like you are well into your treatment plan and prevention plan.
IFound a new one lately and it's wood burnings.....oops we heat by a wood heater...may have to change that next year.
Please take good care of yourself and also try not to worry about this too much (easier said than done sometimes.) I've actually tried Yoga to relax sometimes but I really don't like those funny looks I get from the kid critters when I practice outdoors. I have one chicken that just keeps looking at me funny when I did Yoga. It was like gawk gawk and then look away and back and shook her head and bawk bawk again. SO now, Yoga in the privacy of our house....Smile..Take care.
My mother quite smoking for awhile last year because of a slight cough. Started up again until recently. She quite again and the cough wouldn't go away. After numerous testing,at first they said COPD. Now she was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis. Nasty stuff! the web site stated that it is often misdiagnosed. They are also finding a genetic link to this. Lovely, since I also smoke and drive out around the coal mines every day.
