I find this GIF quite worrying.

I found this on Reddit a few days ago. All the comments said "awww so cute" and things like that. Does nobody notice that it appears to be SUFFOCATING THE CHICKS!? I really would hate to thing some jerk just put the cat in there to take a stupid picture and killed a few chicks. Does anybody know if that is really the case? I can tell that those chicks that are still alive aren't going to be for long with how piled up they are.

I agree. I bet the little chicks on the bottom didn't think it was cute.

Most people probably never even noticed the chicks underneath. [IMG]
We did because we're poultry people.

I know, right? The cat doesn't even seem to like it. I wonder why they even had those containers full of chicks in the first place. That is NOT how you pack chicks!

Hopefully the cat was only in there for the duration of the video.

You should see how they unload boxes of chicks in the large barns.
I ended up on a string of videos on You tube and saw a few different videos of barns being stocked with chicks.
    It was eye opening.
I farm and I've worked at a large hog barn.
