I found a lost quail!!help!!

Hi everyone, I found a lost quail 2 days ago and I don't know its age, its all feathered and look like a young quail... but its not very big in size I doesn't fill my hand even!! So do you think its mature and can lay??

Its a White original Quail, and yes its a female... but its like15 cm width and 10 cm high!? :/
