I found a wild egg on the grass! Help!

As you saw in the title I found an egg. It looks to be a brown Thrasher egg. I looked up at the nest above I was going to put the egg back in but as I was about to I saw to identical broken eggs in the nest I decided to keep the egg as there was no mother in sight. I candled the egg with my phone and something was definitely in there. I put it in my incubator hoping it will hatch. Any tips of how to hatch it and take care of it?

The best way to take care of it is to call a your local wild bird rescue. They'll either take care of it or let you know how to do it yourself. Wild babies are not like peeps and ducklings. They're a huge amount of round-the-clock work!
