Yes! My mother used to keep the bananas on top of the fridge until one day my little sister opened the door and a banana fell over the edge. She slammed the door and left it till mom got home and spanked her good for making such a mess and leaving it. We never put bananas on the fridge anymore! Even if mom did, we moved em. For the same reason we don't use the hall way walls to strike matches anymore! Spanks - yikes - That was 40 years ago!
