The local TSC for the DE and the local GNC for the
vinegar. Tidyed up the coop and run, sprinkled the
DE, scrubbed the waterers, and added the ACV.
Man, are they some happy chickens!

Different thoughts on it - some mix it with honey - that is what they did in the old times - like Socrates- but i take a table spoonful or two a day - on the Braggs bottle it tells ya-

OK.....8 ozs of wildwood honey- 6 of Braggs vinegar- and a gal jug distilled water. Put about 2 cups of the distilled water and the vinegar in a pot and get it warm enough to desolve the honey. Let that cool a little and pour in an empty gal jug. Top it off with distilled water and let that chill real well. Then drink it by the glass full. I love it.

I start my cooking show tomorrow.

Or mix a glass each day. Don't heat the vinegar too hot, because that reportedly kills the good stuff in it. I mix the honey with a little hot water, then add the vinegar and more cool water. It makes a good warm drink on cold days. On hot days, drink it cold. It's kinda addictive.

Or just get a glass of water and splash a bit of Braggs in it. No measuring needed.
