HI everyone!! I went to fill my water wells in my bator for lockdown tonight, after removing the turner,I noticed a dead fly in the water well...yuk!! I candled all my eggs and they're looking good but I'm not sure how long that fly was dead in there.
I've never had this happen..ever.Will my chicks hatch ????

You’re over reacting by a mile :lau
They should be fine !

Good luck on your hatch

Golden Brahma....that's an understatement...lol,geez,if something weird is going to happen,it always happens to me.

Ronott1....no maggots......I think the fly got stuck in there while I was candling and fell in the water.

Don't worry about they fly. It is not likely to lead to problems because there is no food in there.

Have you read the articles in the learning center for hatching? There are some very good one on there.

I haven't read them as yet but I'm going to now....thanks so much for all your help..I can breathe again!
