I found out who's been sneakin in the chicken coop

I have the same problem here. Drives me nuts. There's never any litter just inside the pop door of my coop. Leave the human door open and they'll walk right in.

I snuck up on a heifer the other day while she was eating thru the pop door and hit her on the behind with a stick. Big mistake! She nearly tore the door off getting her head out.
