I found some eggs in the nesting boxes today!!!!

I can't wait til I have this posting too! My friends all laughed at me when they heard I wanted chickens... but the laughing has stopped as the hens settle in and eggtime comes nearer... 9 weeks old and counting!!!

Here is a pic of 6 of the eggs we ate today. Our first fresh eggs ever. The big one was a double yolker and one was fertilized. Wow I was supposed to have all hens. But there was no mistaking it was a bullseye. ????? I am baffled and the are only 15 weeks old so I have no idea.

congrats to you, I can't wait till mine start laying, I check every day, I have 5 18 week olds, and 7 15 week olds, I'm getting so impatient.... can't wait...
