I generally love the post office, but now they've screwed up my eggs.

I ordered a bunch of Houdan eggs on the 7th...I'm not sure when they were all laid. Today is the 11th, and they were mailed out on the 8th.

Here I am, sitting helplessly, phone calls in to all the local post offices, wondering where they are!!

The tracking info says:

So they went to the tiny little town 15 miles North of here, went out in a truck on deliveries all day, being *hot* and jostled, and then they went back to the facility, on a truck, back East, to a sorting center 60 miles away, and no one knows where they are now.

I'm just sad. Poor little Houdan eggs.

I suppose it is posible the sender put Perry instead of Larry, KS. on the label. If so, it would just be an innocent mistake.
I hope you get your eggs soon and all is well.

But then it occured to me that she doesnt really live in Larry Kansas, especially as she is referring to herself as Urban which to be frank doesnt really happen a lot in Kansas. I think it might be a tongue in cheeck reference to Lawrence, in which case Perry would have been a bad mess up.
