Reading the whole off work for 4 weeks makes me glad I am in CA for one reason. We have state disability for anyone who is off work longer than 10 days for an illness or injury. It is only a portion of your salary, but hey! Something is better than nothing!

yea same here i had one of my guards who hurt his back while wakeboarding and got disability he was getting paid more then 75% of his normal pay and that was for a non work related injury now that something
