i give my 8 week old chicks chicken corn and grower pellets is this ok

hey, i got 2 8 week old chicks and 6 other chicks that are older

and i give them chicken corn and grower pellets is this ok or do i have to take the corn away ?

I wouldn't feed the corn as part of their primary diet I would just feed it as a treat...Because corn is basically only carbohydrates which is energy and it doesn't have the real nutritional value they need as they still have a lot of growing left to do.
